Mary McCormack, an American actress, is most well-known for her lead roles in TV programs like 'The West Wing, In Plain Sight as well as Loaded.' Also known for her roles in films that she's appeared on, including "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack was born to an ice-cream parlor owner and a clinical psychologist. The McCormack family does not have any connections to the entertainment industry. Following her parents' divorce in 1990 she attended Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with an BA in Comparative Arts. The path she took to success started at a young age of 12 when she was in a stage production of the Christmas musical "Amahl and the Night Visitor'. After her performance on stage and in film, she got the roles on small-screen and large-screen productions. McCormack has become one of the most flexible Hollywood actors. Michael Morris (producer/director) is the McCormack's spouse. They have three daughters.
